How long did it take for the antibiotics to kick in and relieve your fever, redness, & lump on your boob?! It’s been 48 hours as of now and still have a huge lump on my boob that I can’t get relief from no matter what. I’m almost scared it’s an abscess and I’m freaking myself out! 😩 TIA
