Why I LOVE this man...

Yesterday, 4 months into our TTC journey and after a faint BFP a few days earlier, AF arrived uninvited. I am upset. Today I come home to this: flowers and my favourite bottle of Italian sparkling rose wine from when we were on honeymoon (he tells me at least I can enjoy a favourite glass of wine tonight, since I’ve obviously not been drinking). He’s told me to sit, to sip the wine he’s poured and enjoy a snack he’s prepared. The World Cup football is on, but he’s not watching it. He’s making me dinner instead. I couldn’t imagine being on this rollercoaster TTC journey with a better companion. Even in my despair I feel lucky indeed. Sending baby dust to you all!
