Great grandmother drama

So I was sexually abused by a 16 year old (my step brother at the time) when I was about 10 I told my mom and she handled it but the cops didn’t becuase it was his uncle who was called when it happened anyways I didn’t tell anyone about it but my mom and my mom told my family anyways I was at my great grand mothers helping out with vacation bible school and she told my older cousin “don’t ever be alone with her she likes to lie about older boys” I want to confront her but it was like 2 years ago and she’s 84 so I feel bad
