I need advice... can’t afford a doctor just yet

Okay so yesterday when i got home my vagina was hurting to the touch. Not when i pee or anything but just to touch it. It’s sore like i have a tampon in but when it’s to dry for it. I’m not on my monthly and didn’t have one in either. What could this be? I’m a little swollen and red down there too. This happened before because i was wiping to hard waiting for AF who showed up later that week when it was sore. Could this be a yeast infection or some kind of infection? Or just me wiping to hard since i know AF is supposed to show Monday the 10th?

Well turns out i just started. It’s very light along with a lot of cervical mucus.
