exercising w/ pregnancy
I am very early in my second pregnancy, 4 weeks and 3 days to be exact 🤗 && my hubby is already telling me to stop working out 😒 I have been working out for 6 months now for 25-30 minutes a day. I personally think I'm okay to continue doing what I'm doing, I never lift anything heavier than 8 lbs🙄 what do y'all think?
