I feel like I’m about to miscarry...😞

I’m getting pretty bad cramps every time I stand up. This happened before earlier on but not as bad as they are now 😔 I miscarried my last pregnancy so I wouldn’t doubt it’ll happen again.. I’m 6 weeks. Does this sound Norma or should I be worried
