How and when did you tell your family?

We’re 6 weeks in and all looks well, but we had a miscarriage at 8 weeks last time. So I don’t want anyone getting too excited, but I’d like to tell my parents at least. How and when did you let your family know?

10 weeks but only because I was traveling to visit them and i knew I couldn’t keep it a secret. I live 700 miles away.

Probably after confirmation post 12 wks.  We thought we made it to 12 last time & told family only to find out 2 days later that we had lost it at 10+ wks.  Taking no chances this time *fingers crossed*

Waiting until 13-14 weeks. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks a few months ago and it broke my MIL’s heart. I can’t put her through that again.
