help please
so I am 15 years old and I am tired of using pads. I want to try tampons but I'm kinda nervous cause I've never used one like ever and I don't have anyone to ask cause I only live with my dad. so if you could just comment below what I should do ? like insertion tips ? a brand I should use ? really anything you think might help :)
