Irregular Periods Supplements

So I was searching for irregularities and fertility medications...

Does Folic Acid/Folate really help with treating irregular period? If anyone has tried, please I need help. Which brand is the best one to buy as well.

My husband and I are trying to conceive for 6 months now (I’m 23) but nothing is happening. I have very irregular cycles.i have considered buying Myo-Inositol but I don’t want to jump into PCOS medications just yet because I’m not sure if I have it.
