Does reading scary stuff on here cause you anxiety?

I downloaded this app as a way to track my cycle because my husband and I decided to go off birth control to try to conceive our 2nd child. (Our first is 14 months old). When I saw all these groups that are relevant to my life right now, I joined several. I really enjoy coming on here, reading posts, and giving input, etc. I actually am a little addicted I think. Lol. But I’m starting to get totally freaked out and terrified about all the women who have experienced miscarriages, lost children, etc. I seriously feel so sad for everyone who has gone through it/is going through it- especially ones who have dealt with multiples. I also get nervous seeing how many women have such a hard time ttc. My first pregnancy was not intentional, but very welcome at the same time. I guess I just never knew SO many people have such a hard time and have experienced miscarriages. I feel like i should leave the app or groups so I stop stressing. (I even broke down crying reading about a woman who lost her infant). Does/do these app/groups have this affect on anyone else?
