Need help!

Hi ladies I m ttc for 3 months. I m 32 no baby. My period cycle is 30 days last date was 22 next 23 July . Today I wake up. All normal i see blood in my pajma. First time in my life. I don’t know why is this ovulation bleeding. According to glow today my ovulation day . And plz tell me what is difference between ovulation and implantation. One thing is more yesterday I was in airport so I pull my luggage 💼 bag . So is this the reason for bleeding. Plz tell me
