Do antibiotics affect your period?

According to Glow I am on day 3 of being late on af. My breasts are not super sensitive like they would normally be before starting af, only nipples are slightly tender/sensitive. I’ve been having food aversions and my nausea woke me up out of a dead sleep this morning. I am currently taking Amoxicillin for a tooth infection so I’m just wondering could this antibiotic be messing with my body this much? I know it’s certainly messing with my head because I would love nothing more than to be pregnant but I’m very doubtful. Also, I have taken a cheapie pink dye test and it came back negative. 🤷🏼‍♀️

(Sorry for the long rant, just wanted to give as much info as possible so I could get an opinion)
