I mean if you are eating a bunch of bad food and overeating with GD then yes, larger babies do tend to happen with that but just generally speaking, no, eating that extra burger isn’t going to give you a 12 lbs baby 😁

Not how much you eat but what you eat. The more carbs you eat the chunkier your baby is. Unless you are genetically predisposed to have big babies like me. 😂

If you have GD and don’t control your blood sugar, then the more you eat the bigger your baby will get. That’s a hormonal reaction though, not a milkshake flowing right into the baby thing. If you are healthy, baby will get as big as it feels like getting regardless of what you eat.
