Discharge

kind of freaking out a little bit. I will be 8 weeks tomorrow. Had an ultrasound at 6 weeks due to first pregnancy with twins ending with a missed miscarriage. Growth was right on track and even saw the heartbeat. I noticed I've been having some discharge and it has small white clumps in it at times, almost looks like wet toilet paper. it doesnt smell, have no itching or burning either. Is this normal discharge? I also had a very small amount of blood when I wiped up inside a little to check, haven't had any actually come out in my undies or on my pad. Should I be concerned or am I just over analyzing?
