Extra source of protein please?
Are Atkins protein shakes okay? I am not using them to replace meals, but I haven’t had much of an appetite my whole pregnancy and I’m 14 weeks today. I can eat a tiny bit at a time, a few times a day.
I can eat a small breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small/medium dinner.
All meat is a big aversion to me, except the occasional chicken tender from Zaxbys. I cannot stand any kind of eggs. I haven’t really wanted any kind of cheese, except on pizza.
So I am kind of just stuck, because I want my little one to be healthy!!
What else can I do? Please help!?
