Mamas with gerd babies can you tell me the symptoms ur baby has?

Weve been trying to figure out whats wrong wit our little one for over two months now. Hes ebf. Ive already cut out dairy and soy for over a month. Now cutting out wheat. We got an ultrasound. We tried zantac but that made him puke bad.

The next step is xray which i really want to avoid. Itll be four plus hours where he cant eat.

Its been anxiety every day and tears all the time.

His symptoms for the past two plus months:

Throwing up 3-6 handfuls each time. Not happy. He cries before or after this.

Coughing a lot everyday

Diarrhea and mucousy stool

Crying and difficulty before feeds so i have to hold him til hes sleepy then hell eat

Almost always chokes when eating

Its just me and hubby and zero family or friends to help so its been sooooo hard. Just wana hear others experiences

And yes ive been to ped maaaaany times and pediatric gi too.
