Keto??

I’m thinking about trying out keto. I read it’s for those struggling to lose weight and who get hungry easily (aka me). So I was wondering about y’all’s experiences with it. Also wanting recipes, fast food ordering options, restaurant ordering options. Also welcome to other types besides keto if y’all wanna drop those too. I love to eat and I’m an okay weight but I would like to lose some unhealthy weight, get a little shape instead of just being straight from my underarms to my hips, and I know what I eat isn’t healthy and I need to at least modify it for that reason.

For those dropping other diets/food plans, I do play soccer and enjoy horseback riding and other activities in the somewhat active lifestyle so I do need proteins and such. But I can also be a couch potato and lay in bed and play videogames all day so I do not need an overload of fats and carbs which is what my diet probably currently consists of.

Exercises and workouts also welcome.
