Hi there! Bilateral tubal blockage with hydro

Hi there! My name is Kristina and I have 2 beautiful kiddos by my ex husband. I have since remarried and been ttc for over a year. After finally having an hsg done, I was told both of my tubes are blocked and I have hydrosalpnix on both sides as well. I have to have both removed at the end of the month. I took clomid this cycle and I'm hoping the hsg worked some kind of miracle. After the tubes are out, j will have to turn to IVF
