Anyone else in a LDR?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 4 years and next year I’m finally moving out from my city and leaving my family home to live closer to him. I’d love to hear about any other long distant relationships or stories of LDR 😊 it’s such a difficult journey but so rewarding as well

My hubby and I met in college. He was a senior, I was a freshman and we didn’t realize it until a few dates in. 🤷‍♀️
I was determined to finish school before getting married. After graduation, he moved like four hours away— not super long distance, but between his erratic work schedule and my classes, we’d often only see each other for a single day every other weekend. 
We talked on the phone every single day and texted constantly. 
During my last Christmas break, we bought a house. He lived there and fixed it up during my final semester so that it was all ready by the time I graduated. 
It was hard living apart for so long, but TOTALLY worth it in the end. ❤️ We’ve been married six years now (together almost a decade) and life couldn’t be sweeter!

My husband and I were long distance! We met online when I was 19 and he was 20. I lived in Georgia and he lived in Illinois, 13 hour car ride. We dated for 2 years long distance before I finally was able to move to Illinois to be with him. Five years later now and we are married with three kids already! It’s hard but you can do it and it’s so worth it when you know it’s the right person. 😊

I was long distance with my husband for about 7 months at the beginning of our relationship. It was originally going to be 2 years LD but we couldn't do it and he ended up moving out to my state so I could finish school, before moving back to his state together. It's tough but definitely worth it ❤

My husband and I did it for about a year. I lived in MS and he in CA. We would fly to see each other about once per month. We spoke every day through phone calls and text. And PLENTY of sexting and camming lol. But it worked. I eventually moved here to be with him. We’ve been married for 7 years strong now.
