IUD? Concerned and confused.

So I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about iuds what do you ladies have to say about them? Thinking of getting one implanted soon...

I love it. Inserting it was honestly hell. After a few days I felt normal though. It’s been a year now and I don’t regret it. I don’t get my period anymore either which is great.

I had mine in for about a month, and had my doctor remove it. I felt super aware of it, and hubby was always complaining about the strings. It just didn’t work with my body, I guess I don’t do too well with foreign things in me.
