Blood clotting disorder I need answers 😩

Hi I had two missed miscarriages in the past 8 months. I’m 23years old healthy very active so I thought nothing was wrong with me when we started trying so after the past miscarries I decided to do the genetic testing and all these testing so we know what’s causing these loses so my OB told me that something came back abnromal which is a blood clotting disorder called favor 5 she also said that when people have that they increase of having miscarriage and can cause the miscarriage So next step is to take a baby aspirin and probably the shot every night and have the progesterone pill have anyone had this before and had a successful pregnancy I need answers
