Sexually harassing workers

The amount of people who think it is ok to sexually harass and assault the employees at restaurants and stores astounds me. I’ve heard things from well “it’s their job to make the customer happy.” To “oh it’s just a joke.” My husband has had people try to flash him to get things for free, his ass grabbed and slapped, and comments made. And he’s a man the women at his store get it a lot worse. What would you do if this happened to you or you saw it happening? He’s had women tell him they are afraid they’ll get in trouble if the correct the customer so they just silently except it. This is totally not the case at all and the management has called the police before to protect their employees.
