Shamans?

Question

Do any of you ladies practice shamanism? I’ve been interested in it lately and I attempted a meditation/trance to meet my spirit guide. And I’m very unsure of how to interpret what happened. I think something might be wrong with me 😂 so I could use some help if anyone has experience with this.

Part of my journey in finding out how I’m connected to the universe was incorporating shamanism into my belief system. My meditation journey to discover my spirit guide was also very strange and left me feeling a little bereft. It wasn’t until I wrote it all out several times, drew pictures, meditated some more and finally in the midst of a full moon ritual it hit me. I had to look behind what I heard and listen Beyond what I was seeing. We are effected by so much garbage in our thought patterns due to electricity, microwaves, pollution...the journey of self discovery has become all cross wired and mixed up. That’s my experience. My best suggestion is to be patient.
