Worst Experience EVER!!!

I don’t know how many of you live in Southern California but if you do please be aware of Okura Robata Grill & Sushi Bar in La Quinta, California.

Here is my review on this place...

Never going to Okura Sushi ever again! It all started when the manager came up to me & rudely asked me to pick up my 11 month old daughter because she was crying for two minutes as I was already trying to comfort her but claimed it was 30 minutes of her crying. I didn't appreciate that & made it known that I didn't appreciate her telling me that. When my daughter calmed down, she then proceeded to try to grab my daughter & said "do you want me?" I follow up with "no she doesn't want you, get away from my daughter". With no apology, she walked away. As I was walking out the server had the audacity to tell another server that I was practicing bad parenting. So I turned around & I asked her why she said that & she could not answer. I am absolutely disgusted in how the manager & the server treated my family. The restaurant claims to be kid friendly but it clearly is not. Worst service I've ever had in my life. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Now I suffer from severe PPD & this hurt me so bad that someone treated my family like this. It’s already hard to take on each & every day with this mental illness but for something like this to happen, it’s hard for me to take in. Still trying to recover from this, three hours later 😩😭
