Nightmare??

So I didn’t have to good of a dream last night it scared me so bad I woke up having a panic attack and super nauseous I never have bad dreams if I do I usually have sleep paralysis but this was different. It started off me walking I didn’t know where I was at but I seen my fiancé so I started walking towards him then all of a sudden people I don’t know stopped me tried to distract me etc even one begged me not to go but i didn’t listen I finally reached my fiancé he grabbed my arm and screamed at me and got in my face I was crying trying to get away I woke up the arm he grabbed was so sore.. what does this mean?
