401k help
So is stared a new job and I was told by HR I have to leave my 401k to my spouse unless they agree to it. I don’t mind.
He won’t change me to being the beneficiary to his. We got married after he had started it.
My question is does our marriage anual what he had signed previously? Since essentially I have to give consent that I’m ok with it not being left to me?
