birth control slip up?

have any of you ladies slacked off a little on your pill and been fine? we don’t use condoms but he never cums in me. this month i had so much going on and was definitely not great at taking my pill. i had sex last friday and am currently on my placebo week. i’m just nervous that i won’t get my period :( has anyone done this and been fine? really just need some reassurance right now.

side note: been on the combination pill since last march
