Ready for baby #3 after BC pill

Hubby and I have decided we are ready for baby #3 since our boys are now 2 and almost 4. I stopped taking my Lo Loestrin Fé pill on the july 6th. I had only taken it for 2.5 months because I had previously had the Nexplanon for 2 years and HATED it. Anyway, have any of you ladies gotten off the pill and gotten prego ASAP?? I’m pretty fertile, we got prego with our second son ASAP so I’m hoping that will happen with the 3rd baby 🤞🏻 I’d love all input! Thank you! Baby dust to all!

Update: Spotting/right side cramping yesterday so we will see what that means🤞🏻
