6DPO. What could this mean??

I’m 6DPO and my period is due in 8 days. Since 2DPO I have had cramping, nausea and backache and frequent urinating and hot flashes & diarrhea. For the past 2 days I’ve been super emotional and I checked my cervix today and it feels like there is ridges inside (not normal for me) and my CM looks different like I’ve never had it like this before. Should I take a test today or wait until tomorrow?? I have PCOS, this would have been my 4th cycle on clomid and I’ve been ttc over a year.

EDIT- 5:54pm- nausea has turned into me vomiting after I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which never happens, I love them so much but now even the mention of them makes me queasy. 🤢🤮
