Ear infection/itchy con’t day 2..

The back of my ears were itchy then I felt it was swollen and it’s kinda throbbing and itchy... I don’t have insurance to hit the doc but is it bad?? What can I do to help it go away? Thanks !

UPDATE-

Day 2 I listened to y’all using bacitrin and it kinda somewhat went away the redness around but there’s a bump little bigger if y’all can see the difference. I took allergy pill. Any other advice?? I really fonthave enough cash or insurance to hit the doc. Thank y’all!
