I’m confused

Hi everyone! I got my Kyleena IUD inserted March 23rd of this year. Before the IUD, my periods would last 6 days and we’re fairly heavy. Well, after the insertion I bled for 13 days in the first month. The second month I bled for 14 days. I had a follow up the second month and talked to my Gyno about everything and how I felt about the access bleeding. She told me to wait another month or 2 to see if anything changes. Well, June passed and I didn’t get my period for that month. Here we are in July and I got my period on the 5th. Today makes day 6 and it seems to be medium flow but it’s not giving any signs on letting up anytime soon. Should I be concerned? Should I schedule an appointment to be seen? I’ve seen posts where women stopped having their periods after the 3rd month of insertion and here I am approaching month 4 and I’m miserable! Help me please!
