Discomfort, is everything okay?? Can someone help with experience???

I just found out I’m pregnant I’m 2 weeks and 6 days (ovulated on cycle day 8) blood test confirmed with my specialist (HCG level at 18). Last night I had all kinds of discomfort and tossed and turned all last night. I had pressure and pulling down there but not really any cramps to be honest. This morning I also had light pink spotting only enough to see when wiping and then it went away. I see my specialist on Wednesday for a 48 hour blood draw to check my levels again. Is this normal to experience something like this??? Or should I be very worried??
