we've been ttc for 8 months. I'm 24 years old, he is 23. I am overweight but I ovulate each month and my periods are very regular on a 30 day cycle. I'm starting to get very frustrated and wondering if we just haven't been patient enough and given it enough time or if there is something else going on. it's too soon to see a doctor about it. wondering if maybe he has a low sperm count or fertility issues due to medication he is on. anyone else have issues when you're both young and for the most part healthy? am I just overthinking this and we should just keep trying?

Just keep trying and be patient. It can take a year or longer for perfectly healthy couples.

took my friend 2 years, she was 21 and he was 35 when she fell, my partner and I have been trying bout 7 months and nothing yet except a chem, it's just timing and not stressing too much about it

I felt much better when my OBGYN told me it took her 10 months.. sometimes it's just timing! Don't stress out too much until you hit that year mark. I know it's hard, believe me, but just try not to stress too much about it.

Sperm analysis is only a couple hundred bucks and is much easier than most fertility tests. It’s a good place to start
