Counting calories while pregnant
Does anyone else do this? I used to count calories before pregnancy and still try and do so now that I am. I have to say that it's pretty exhausting to constantly "go over" and always feel discouraged when my Fitbit shows me I'm eating more than I burn off. I wish my fitness pal and Fitbit had a pregnancy setting just to keep me in a safe deficit and keep me from overeating. If anyone does count calories what is the amount you consume and how is it on you mentally? I usually burn anywhere between 1800-2400 cal/day but consume at least 2000-2800 cal/day 😫
