first time having sex after IUD insertion.

Okay, so i had sex for the first time after i had my Liletta (IUD) put in. i got it put in on April 24th. i had sex July 8th. about a day later i noticed i felt a little pressure in my lower abdomen area, below my belly button ( in that general area ) like if i cough or lean up from laying down it kinda hurts, i just feel a little pressure. i’m not bleeding none and i didn’t afterwards. i worry about stuff like that cause i’m 19, everything like this is new to me. so i’m just curious on if i’m the only one experiencing this type of thing or if i should make an appointment with my OB 😅
