i’ve had a nostril piercing for over 4 weeks now and it hasn’t shown any unhealthy signs yet but since about yesterday i’ve been noticing this weird bubble of skin around it on the outside and i take my piercing out today and wipe it off with a little sterile saline solution and now it’s inflamed and has a red dot in the center where the hole must be like blood or something but nothing is coming out it’s just like a shiny bubble with some blood i guess inside but doesn’t hurt or anything. i wash my face regularly, is it infected? and how long can i leave my piercing out at this stage to let whatever this is rest?
