hope this is implantation not AF
I ovulated on or around July 4th or 5th. Last two days I've been experiencing occasional vaginal cramps and breast soreness/tingling on the inside around the perimeter of my areolas. AF isn't supposed to arrive until July 14th - 19th from what Ovia and glow app says. I really hope it has to do with implementation and NOT AF.
