Short Letual Phase
So this is my first month actually tracking my ovulation using test and not just CM. based off my tracking my LP is right at 10-11 days which is borderline short. I eat enough foods to get at least 100mgs of vitamin b6 and I take vitamin C daily. does anyone have any other recommendations to lengthen my LP? so far we have not been able to conceive but I worry even of we do we won't get far since my LP is right on the cusp of normal. My o is on 16cd and I have a 26-27 cycle.
