I feel horrible!

I’m hoping it’s a good sign. I’m 9-10 dpo with bad nausea, had diarrhea once today, sore boobs, and cramps. I’m trying so hard to ignore these symptoms and tell myself they’re all in my head but they’re not! I have a blood test in morning but I’m scared it’s too early but following doctors orders! Wish me luck please! Ttc 17 months. MMC in October.
