PLEASE HELP ME 😭😭😭

this is a picture of my ultrasound from today. I'm 6 weeks and 3 days. my sac is empty. The doctor wants to wait and try another ultrasound next week. at first he told me the baby didn't develop and we planned a d&c; in the morning. a few hours later, he called and told me the d&c; was cancelled because my levels are higher than they should be if it was an anembryonic pregnancy. (a pregnancy without development of an embryo). has this ever happened to anyone else and they have a healthy baby???
