I don’t no what to do !!

My baby who is 6 months old hasn’t had a bottle since 11ish last night he refusing milk he was crying so tryed more milk he just cried when the bottle was in his mouth so gave him some fruit he cried having that but he managed to get that down but I don’t no why he isn’t wanting milk it’s not like him .... he is teething one tooth came through Sunday but he normally loves his milk
