help 12 days :(

so when I was 2 days late I got light spotting like it was there only once when I wiped. then nothing for days after that all negative test last two days been feeling really tired an sick I'm now 12 days late but this morning I've started to spot again very lightly with mild cramps that lasted 10 minutes then bleeding got less an less now its a bit heavier but still light nothing like a normal period at all only there when I wipe still. did anyone have this an end up pregnant. or am I probz out this month xo any advice is appreciated :)
