when to take opk?

I've read that you shouldn't use first morning urine but the opks I've taken never said not to. when do all of y'all take yours during the day? I took one last night and it was almost positive like the closest it's ever been and then I took one this morning and way negative. I don't know if I should take another today or wait until tomorrow

you dint take it in the morning because you dont make lh while sleeping. you have to wait a few hours after waking. early afternoon, around 2:30 is the best time.
Clearblue Advanced Digital uses fmu because it tests for another hormone in addition to LH

It depends on the brand. The digital clear blue says on the morning. But the ones I use work better between 12pm and 5pm for me.
