Headache Cures without Medicine???

I’m about 6w6d and I’ve never had so many headaches consecutively in my life! Anyone have suggestions for natural headaches cures? Really don’t want to take a lot of medicine unless absolutely necessary

I took Tylenol quite a bit in my first trimester for my first pregnancy; it’s safe. I had to in order to function, those headaches are no joke.

How hydrated are you? I had an issue with headaches which when away once I doubled my intake.

This sounds weird but I had really bad headaches in my previous pregnancy and I read somewhere to put your feet in hot water while putting a cold rag on your neck and that seemed to do the trick for me
