breastfeeding mama needs advice

My son is 12 days old and hardly eats! As soon as I put him on the boob he falls asleep! If I dont wake him to eat he will just sleep and sleep. Im worried he's not getting enough milk...he has lots of wet and poopy diapers daily but I still worry. How can I get him to eat more?
