Help! My poop stuck.

This so embarrassing so I’m posting this anonymously. But I tried going to the bathroom and first like a hard pellet dropped. Next the next poop just got stuck and it feel like a ball. Hard one. I pushed s hard that I started crying and asking for help and nothing came. So I tried relaxing. I was so close to going to the ER but instead I just googled and pushed it back in and walked. I went in the kitchen and took a stool softener waiting... idk if it will help.

This so embarrassing but what should I do to not hurt when it comes out??? What can I take to make it a easy smoothe bowel movement?
