What does this mean?

So my boyfriend of 4 1/2 months is in the process of buying a house. I’m so proud of him. Anyways, we were talking about the house and he brings up that he wants to get me a set of keys to his new house. I was shocked and just in awe that he wants to get me a set of keys.

Does this mean our relationship is becoming serious? He talks about our future together. How he wants to help me get my license and find a job. He knows I don’t want to move into His place till we’ve been dating for at least a year. I honestly feel like he’s the one. I just need some advice. He’s my first boyfriend. I’m his first girlfriend. It feels right. Just not sure if we’re moving too fast.
