If his full name is on the ticket then that means he has to cash it, ergo he has to pay taxes on the winnings, which means he is owed at least that much. Honestly, she's being a greedy bitch about it. So what, is he supposed to cash it, pay the taxes on it and get nothing out of it? Fucking stupid as fuck.
