I’m not sure when I ovulated but I think it was Monday. today I had an on and off pain in my left ovary for about 5 mins and then I got a sharp pain in my lower abdomen like a period and now I have a plucking punching pain in my left ovary?! Any ideas?!

according to the pic you posted, ovulated Saturday,  July 7th.
I should u think is any other day? I mean the app can be wrong often,  but why post the pic then?
ovulation day is marked based on your previous period inputs and glow's algorithm at prediction of ovulation. 
if u dont think u ovulated on the day glow tells u u did, then we definitely dont have a clue when u did

I’m basically on the same cycle day as you. For the last two days I been having on and off mild pain sensations in my right ovary. I haven’t had the sharp pain but I’m wondering what that sensation is?!
