Heparin mommies

I'm 30 weeks and have been on heparin since 12 weeks.  I have my shot last night and as I was sticking myself, baby girl moved big time and I think I might have got it in a blood vessel. It felt funny, when I finished and pulled syringe out... Medicine and blood came out. I immediately got a knot under it, and today it is bluish colored. Anybody else experience this?
